Nova Holdings Limited operates as the principal West African aviation, travel management, investment facilitation and business development company within the group, supporting airlines, governments, investors, institutions and strategic partners across African and international markets.
Altair Aviation Services (SL) Ltd. is a Sierra Leone-registered aviation services company within the group, supporting aviation representation and related services in Sierra Leone in accordance with applicable local regulatory requirements.
This structure enables Nova’s affiliated companies to operate through the appropriate locally incorporated and licensed entities while maintaining coordinated strategy, consistent standards, regulatory awareness and cross-border execution.
